Mould Aligning & Clamping System (MAC)

The Gurit Mould Alignment and Clamping System combines both alignment and clamping into a single automated unit which can be installed along a mould at any desired location and spacing.

The MAC ensures a repeatable bond gap and overbite alignment between upper and lower moulds every time. It provides even clamping pressure and is much safer and much quicker than manual clamps.

The unit allows for local adjustment of overbite alignment, tip-root alignment and bond-gap height while applying a constant clamping force of up to 1 ton per unit during the entire duration of the curing process.

The system is available as a standalone unit or integrated with the Gurit Mould Turning Systems.
